Welcome back to Idaho

It started snowing sometime during the night. It didn't look like much at first but then it got deeper, and deeper. We just finished almost an hour of snow removal--WOW--it was deep and heavy wet snow and took a lot of work. It's still coming down and it looks like we will have to do it all over again later today and probably tomorrow, too. Our neighbors say it hasn't snowed much until the day before we arrived home. I guess this is Ma Nature's "Welcome" for Susun & John. We dare not attempt to get a vehicle out in this. Luckily, I stocked up on stuff yesterday so we are OK. We are going to walk over to Walgreen's and the new Hastings right now. Afterall, that's one of the reasons we moved to this city--if we can't drive, we can walk to everything.
