Dust to Dust

Greetings and a Hearty Howdy-Doody Haboob to you this morning!  Haboob who?  Well, in case you haven't heard, a HUGE, GI-NORMOUS Haboob walloped the Phoenix metropolitan area last night.  WOW!   It was 50 miles wide, extended at least a mile into the sky and was moving at 30 miles an hour.  The video footage of this haboob makes use of the word "spectacular" an epic understatement.  We copied some photos off the internet and you can find all sorts of stuff about the haboob via Google News right now.  In fact, it's one of the top stories of the morning and people worldwide are carrying the story today.  Click here for the Wiki on a haboob.
PS--The bottom photo is from The Dust Bowl Days of 1935.  Eerie resemblance, eh?

They actually used to hit Phoenix with more frequency when I was a kid. There was a lot more bare land surrounding the valley then.
