Tonight's Chicken

'Twas another Great Day.  Freddie put bone-in chicken breasts on sale today for 99 cents.  So, here's what a typical supermarket tray pack looks like after being ruthlessly trimmed of fat and then marinaded and recoated and, well SMOKED, too.  Pretty dressed up chicken.  Everybody knows we cain't cook beef--
But we sure can cook chicken.  Thank GAWD!
