Lebowski sets low bar

The apparent fact that The Big Lewbowski is a so-called cult movie speaks huge volumes about the state of the American movie psyche.  From this point forward I will wank to make careful note of people who say they like that film.  I question their sanity.  We watched it last night.  What an utter waste of time.  I feel like a chump for buying the movie and watching it.  We are consoling ourselves by thinking it was an "education" on the low state of movie appreciation.  Really terrible stuff.  It will be interesting to see how much Hastings offers us to buy the B&N copy of the video.  I can tell you one thing--it's outta here TODAY as soon as I get back from work.

Today is my first day back at the Day Job Downtown.  Our Division boss resigned Thursday so it's gonna be a real interesting day.  Amazingly, I will still have some leave left--13 hours vacation and 27 hours sick leave.  I have clue how that happened but, trust me, I ain't asking questions!

We will post an update or two from the office.

One must realize that in California Labowski is more of a documentary. With all the funny stuff there smoking down there it fits right in to daily life.?
just saw "taking woodstock" kind of reminded me of the days, and places my mom used to drag me around to. Deano
